Tune in tomorrow at 9am for 'The Edge' Fitness class!

The Mulqueen family will be hosting a 30-minute, family-friendly fitness class at 9am tomorrow (Tuesday 9th) and Thursday (11th) on Instagram. To join in the class, follow @theedgegym.ie on Instagram and click on their live story at 9am. Don't worry if you can't make 9am, the classes will be available for 24 hours after the class. Look out for a guest appearance from one of the teachers! :-)
